Whilst tough and challenging, your safety is assured with highly qualified staff and rigorous health and safety procedures in place. A Facilitator will work closely with the team to ensure that each stage of the expedition process maximizes on the development of the team and individual team members.
The great thing about Frontier CSR projects is that they require only a minimum of input from you. All you have to do is pick your team and decide which project and country best suits your CSR needs - we'll do everything else.
Our CSR Specialists will manage the project, liaising with participants directly and even running pre-departure training courses. In-country we'll take care of everything from arranging accommodation and transport, training, and equipment provision and maintenance. Our Field Staff are highly experienced and will accompany you throughout the entire project.
